In January 2011, Sargun was featured as the lead heroine opposite Ajay Chaudhary in Siddharth Tiwari’s drama series Phulwa Colors TV. The same year, she appeared as Aarti Shekhar in an episode of Sony television’s crime series Crime Crime. In the year 2012, Sargun was selected to play a role in the Fireworks Productions thriller series Hum Ne Li Hai … Shapath. Thereafter, Sargun played the role of Anika Saxena opposite Karan Patel in the Shontara productions ‘Teri Meri Love Stories’ in the August 2012 Star Plus Network anthology series.
In late October 2012, Sargun was approached by Shashi Mittal for the role of Aradhya in Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat but was dropped from the show due to ideological changes.
