Rinku Singh is a resident of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. Rinku Singh was born on 12 October 1997 in the Aligarh district of UP. He comes from a very poor family. His father Khanchandra Singh used to deliver gas cylinders from door to door, and his mother Veena Devi is a housewife.
Rinku, one of the five sons, was very fond of cricket since childhood and used to play cricket with friends in his spare time. He was doing well in small tournaments and looking for a big opportunity.

Rinku, who made his List A debut for Uttar Pradesh on 5th March 2014 at the age of just 16, scored 83 runs in 87 balls in that match. After this, he got a chance to make his T20 debut in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy on 31st March 2014. He scored an unbeaten 24 in 5 balls against Vidarbha.
In the tournament Under-16, Under-19, and Under-23 cricket matches Rinku represented the team Uttar Pradesh and then represented Central Zone at the Under-19 level. In the 2016-17 Ranji Trophy, Rinku made his first-class debut for the team Uttar Pradesh.
