He made his List A debut on 7 December 2018 and has played 17 matches in 16 innings, scoring 540 runs at an average of 36.00 with one century and three fifties. His highest score in List A cricket is 167 runs.

In the T20 format, he made his debut against Madhya Pradesh on 21 February 2019 and so far Prabhsimran Singh has played 30 matches in his T20 career and has scored 822 runs at an average of 34.25. Playing for the CAG in the match against the Income Tax team, the 22-year-old Prabhasimran scored innings of 161 runs in 55 balls, batting at a strike rate of 292.73.

Prabhasimran hit 17 sixes and 9 sixes during his century innings. That is, he scored 138 runs in 26 balls with the help of only fours and sixes. Based on his innings, the CAG team made a mammoth score of 267 runs at the loss of 6 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
