Mohammad Siraj is an Indian cricket player and he plays the role of fast bowler in the team. Siraj was very fond of cricket since childhood, he has made his place in the Indian team today by working hard.
Siraj has played all formats of cricket for Team India. Furthermore, he plays in the IPL with the team Royal Challengers Bangalore. He plays for Hyderabad in domestic cricket.
He also made his international debut in T20 against New Zealand in 2017. In January 2023, Siraj played a key role in Ind vs NZ ODI series.

Mohammed Siraj was born on 13 March 1994 in a small Muslim family in Hyderabad. His father’s name is Mohammad Gaus, he used to work as an auto-rickshaw driver in Hyderabad.
His mother’s name is Shabana Begum she used to work at other’s houses to improve the economic condition of the house and help the family.
Siraj also has an elder brother Mohammad Ismail who is currently a software engineer. The main source of income in Siraj’s house was his father.
His family’s financial condition was so bad that they lived in a rented house in the narrow bylanes of Banjara Hills township, where Siraj spent his entire childhood.
Mohammed Siraj received his early education from a small school in Hyderabad, he completed his 12th standard at Safa Junior College, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Domestic Cricket Career of Mohammad Siraj
Mohammed Siraj made a name for himself in the 2016–17 Ranji Trophy by taking 41 wickets in only 9 matches in the quarter-finals of Hyderabad. This was his second season in domestic cricket.
He later went on to play for the country India and India A teams based on his impressive performance. The move was close for Bareilly and he later got his chance to represent India at the international level when he was selected for the tour of South Africa.
T-20 Cricket Career of Mohammad Siraj
Mohammed Siraj made his T20I debut on 4 November 2017 against New Zealand at Rajkot. On Siraj’s international T20 debut, Siraj picked up the valuable wicket of New Zealand skipper Kane Stuart Williamson aka Kane Williamson but conceded 53 runs in his 4-over spell.

In February 2017, Mohammed Siraj was bought by the Hyderabad Sunrisers team for the Indian Premier League for Rs 2.6 crores. In January 2018, he was bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 2018 IPL auction. On 21st October 2020, Siraj becomes the first bowler in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL) to bowl back-to-back maiden overs in a match against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
