Kumar Vishwas did his early education at Lala Ganga Sahay School, Pilkhua. He passed class XII from Rajputana Regiment Inter College, Pilkhua. His father wanted to engineer him. But Kumar Vishwas did not like science subjects and engineering. So, leave it. He was interested in literature since childhood, so after that, he did post-graduation in Hindi literature. In this, he received a gold medal. He further received the degree of Ph.D. in the year 2001. He was awarded for his research topic ‘Lokchetna Mein Kauravi Lokgeet’.

Career

Dr. Kumar started his career as Assistant Spokesperson of Hindi Literature at Lala Lajpat Rai College, Rajasthan in the year 1994. He also attends the conference of poets from India and abroad. He is very popular at poet conventions and staging. In 2011, Dr. Kumar Vishwas was an active activist in the Jan Lokpal movement Anna Hazare and his team. Along with this, he was a member of the national executive of the Aam Aadmi Party formed in the year 2012. He also contested against Rahul Gandhi in Amethi but lost. After joining politics, he did not like politics. After some time, he left the Aam Aadmi Party. Some of his notable works are Ek Pagli Ladki Bin(1966). In 2012. He wrote the song “De De Jagah” for the 2018 Hindi film Parmanu: The story of Pokhran.
