Indian actress Kanupriya Gupta was born in a middle-class Hindu family on 17 July 1992 (Friday) in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and brought up in Mumbai. She did her schooling in a Private school in Mumbai, and after completing her schooling she went to attend The University of Mumbai, and from there she completed her Graduation. She was born into a middle-class Hindu family to her mother Karuna Namanandi and her father’s name is not known. She has a younger sister named Supriya Gupta.

Kanupriya Gupta began her career with modeling and has been seen in multiple TV advertisements for renowned brands such as Nicotex, Myntra, Haldiram, Johnson’s Baby Products, Head & Shoulders, etc. Kanupriya made her acting debut through a web series ‘Rain’, in which she was seen in a lead role.
