Fazalhaq Farooqi is a very famous Afghanistan cricketer who was born in Afghanistan on the 22nd of September in the year 2000. He plays for the national team of Afghanistan in all the formats and is a right-handed batsman and a left-arm fast-medium bowler. He made his one-day international debut for the Afghanistan National Cricket team on the 25th of January in the year 2022 against the Netherlands. He made his T20 International debut against Zimbabwe on the 20th of March in the year 2021.

He has also participated in the Indian Premier League 2020 and was purchased by the Sunrisers Hyderabad team in the auction held in February 2022. He made his first-class debut for the Amo region in the year 2017.
On 10th July 2018, he made his List A debut for the Amo region in Ghazi Amanullah Khan Regional One Day Tournament after which he was appointed to the Nangarhar squad for the first edition of the Afghanistan Premier League tournament which was held in September 2018.
