He completed his training at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) earlier. Deepak Rawat was born on 24 September 1977 (Saturday) in Barloganj, Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. Deepak’s father was a clerk and Deepak’s mother was a homemaker.
