His mother’s name was Reba Vidyarthi, she was a trained Kathak dancer, while his father Govind Vidyarthi was a well-known theater artist. Ashish’s father Mr. Govind Vidyarthi was an Indian freedom fighter and an archivist at Sangeet Natak Akademi, New Delhi. Ashish Vidyarthi is the only child of his parents and his mother does not have any siblings.
Actor Ashish Vidyarthi did his schooling at Shiv Niketan Public School New Delhi and V M Public School New Delhi, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.
