Ashika Ranganath was born and grown in Hassan, Karnataka, India. She did her schooling at is Bishop Sargant School, Tumkur, and later went to Bangalore for pre-in Jyoti Nivas College, where Ashika auditioned for a Clean and Clear Fresh Face Bangalore competition, emerging as the runner-up of Miss Fresh Face, in 2014.
