Prashant Sharma was born on 29 February 1996 (Thursday) in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Prashant was born and grew up in Pune, Maharashtra. He did his schooling in a private school in Pune and after that, he went to attend IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), Pune to complete his Mechanical Engineering but unfortunately, he dropped out.
During his school time, he was an average student. In an interview, he told his class that his main goal was to secure status and attract the attention of students and teachers because he understood that to attract the attention of others, you have to put yourself on top. From a very young age, Prashant always dreamed of doing something different and that is to earn money and nothing else.

Career
In the year 2016, Prashant started watching YouTube and created a channel “PewDiePie” which he watched many times in his suggestions. Prashant checked his video after watching the suggestions of the same channel several times. After watching the video, Prashant liked the content.
Then, Prashant searched “How to make money on YouTube” in Googe and came to know that we can make money on YouTube. At that moment Prashant Sharma was well at designing and had a software named “Siemens NX”, which was an automobile designing software. Since he was good at designing using this software, Prash began uploading tutorials on his newly formed channel.
He used to get very few views and used to give on that channel. Then Prash began a tech channel taking inspiration from Technical Guruji. Since every tech YouTuber reviews smartphones, Prash tries something different by reviewing smartwatches as they are the next big thing. But, unfortunately, the channel failed to get views and eventually, the channel was suspended after some time due to unknown reasons.
The 3rd channel was a gaming channel where he uploaded his gameplay videos with commentary and this channel also failed to garner views. After this, Prashant started comedy and reaction channels and both these channels also did not get views. After all this, Prashant started exploring YouTube and found a few channels, “Carryminati” being one of them.
Carryminati’s channel was mainly about roasting stupid things and making jokes. Then, he got the idea to do the same but with animation. Prash was not good at animation but was good at using editing software “Sony Vegas Pro”. Since animation is difficult to do, Prash came up with the idea of doing animations in MS Paint and editing them using Sony Vegas.
Only then the character of ‘Angry Prash’ was created. His first video was “Exam Bakchodi” where he took on two characters for the video. The video has very good jokes and people who watched the video liked it.
Prashant was really happy to read all the positive comments which motivated him to make more. Eventually, Prash began making more and more videos. He uploaded a roast video which got exposed after this video went viral.
As he had got a good amount of subscribers, he didn’t want to lose them by making bad videos. So, Prash started making plays and he started a series called “Halkat Call” which is now the favorite series of his subscribers. A total of sixteen episodes have been released so far.
